Good experience from Jr didn't take long for my items to come. Very good explaining what and how the dog food was done. I can see the results already on my dogs teeth. Best thing is my dog loves the treats and dental sticks

Five-star paws all the way! My dog (Kimchi) can't get enough of the Jr Products treats, pate, and bull pizzle. From the moment I opened the package, his tail was wagging like crazy! The treats are irresistible – the perfect size for a quick reward during training sessions, and the pate? Well, let's just say it disappears faster than you can say 'fetch!' But the real winner is the bull pizzle. It's like a chewy paradise, keeping him entertained and satisfied for hours. Thanks, Jr Products, for making our treat time the highlight of the day!

Time and time again, JR Pets Products never fail to deliver. The products are consistently of the highest quality. Customer service is second to none. When they run out of a certain product (due to enormous demand) they are quick to inform you and your money is refunded immediately.

I only tend to order the pate as my dog is very fussy about treats but he absolutely loves these. Very versatile and can be cut up tiny for training or he has them as a meal sometimes too. I love how many proteins that JR pet products have as my dog has lots of allergies that cause very severe skin reactions and this website is never one where I am massively restricted because of their vast range. Would recommend very much.

The items I ordered came promptly and in good condition. My rescue dog is very fond of the ostrich items and they help to keep her teeth clean. This is the second or third time I have ordered from this company and will be doing so again. A happy dog and a happy owner.

My dog loves his treats from JR and although expensive the pate, salmon sticks, salmon coins and Basa twists are of the highest quality.
I had an issue with Royal Mail delivering this package, they gave out the wrong tracking number. JR was very helpful in sorting that issue out!

I’ve been buying the pure pate, and when I tell you it’s been a game changer for us. Maggie absolutely love all the flavours, and it’s made doing public access training 100 times easier. Maggie also has a very sensitive tummy, and we’ve struggle before with finding a suitable treat to give her, but had zero issues with her tummy since using these. I recommend JR pet products to every other dog owner I know.

Ordered several items including 3 x 200g lamb braided chews. Received 6 x 100g packs which would've been acceptable if the chews were reasonable sizes and not so thin that my terrier could choke! Before any auto reply from the company I must say that I understand that the chews can vary in size and dogs should be supervised but it should be a safe size or different sizes for puppies and extra small breeds but there is no differentiation and I ended up having to discard half of the packs as chews very thin and dangerous. I e-mailed JR with pictures but was totally ignored no reply! So this is to alert other customers. JR products are highly priced but customers expect high quality and good customer service. Disappointing!
Since I posted my comments I received an e-mail reply from customer services and they are replacing my previous order hoping that the chews now come in reasonable safe size! If more people could give feed back of not acceptable products standards could improve! Thank you JR for acknowledging the problem .
